Therapy can help! I’m here for you, connect with me and send me a message.

we are here for you!

Openness is often life-affirming to explore, and while some people begin their first experiences in relationships within an open framework, others find themselves coming into openness after years of monogamy. Any way you come to openness is valid and meaningful!

Our work together

We will collaborate to create shared goals, use interventions designed to foster trust, respect, and communication, and find ways to best understand one another. We will use co-regulation, psychodynamic approaches, and listen to what’s happening in the body when we share desires, hopes, and fears.

How do i know that it’s the right time to seek support?

  • Therapy can be a safe space to explore what openness means to you both, and find what does/does not feel like the right fit. Creating a designated time to discuss this can make it feel much less overwhelming in the rest of your life.

  • Absolutely! It is often really important to explore and discuss how kink shows up in open dynamics and how partners want to engage with it. Planning for supportive aftercare and communication can be affirming and empowering.

  • That’s a great reason to come to therapy. The process of closing an open relationship can benefit from time and space to explore how to best show care and respect for partners and common goals. It can also be a quite emotional process for many.
